Consultant – Technology


As a member of the ANNUITAS Technology team, you will work with a group of technology and marketing automation experts focused on delivering end-to-end demand generation programs for their clients. You will implement and execute various demand generation programs that make up an overall Demand Process.

As a Technology Consultant, your responsibilities are:

  • Develop and maintain a clear understanding of the ANNUITAS methodology
  • Serve as marketing automation / technology trusted advisor to assigned ANNUITAS clients and internal ANNUITAS resources
  • Establish immediate credibility with clients and develop an acute understanding of their business, requirements, and objectives.
  • Communicate with clients to manage expectations, deliverables and modifications to their existing CRM and Marketing Automation Platform
  • Research a client’s technology landscape and needs, and interpret that into a plan of action
  • Document requirements regarding business needs and translate them appropriately into technical specifications
  • Manage internal and external conflicting interests as they arise, seeking mutually beneficial problem resolution
  • Holds account teams accountable and manages scope boundaries
  • Collaborate with key internal and external stakeholders (Campaign Op/Technology, Field Marketing, Sales, Services, & support) to implement automation for marketing campaigns and programs within Marketing Automation Platform
  • Implement all facets of the Marketing Automation platform including lead scoring, lead nurturing, automation, progressive profiling, revenue models, Programs and Events, Revenue Cycle Model, Sales Insight, analytics, webinar connectors and more, based on the ANNUITAS methodology
  • Understand CRM side of marketing and sales collaboration and demand generation set-up
  • Ensure proactive account management and utilization of project management tools
  • Keep a handle on respective workloads and time utilization
  • Manage timelines and expectations to ensure client programs are completed on-time, within budget, and using minimal external resources


  • Bachelor’s Degree
    • Marketing, Finance or Computer Science preferred
  • Minimum of 2+ years marketing experience and administering a marketing automation solution
    • Proof of MCE certification required
    • Includes work experience implementing full cycle projects including requirements gathering, design, development, testing and support
  • Minimum of intermediate expertise with CRM such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics – SFDC preferred, certification preferred
  • Knowledge and experience of multiple marketing technology stacks a plus
  • Must possess outstanding interpersonal and team skills with a track record of developing positive working relationships
  • Deep understanding of Marketing and Sales processes for enterprise companies
  • Excellent communication, both written and verbal
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, focused on results
  • Strong understanding of marketing processes including campaign execution, Q&A testing and conversion measurement
  • Demonstrate resourcefulness, motivation, initiative and support skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with minimal guidance
  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 20% and based out of our Atlanta headquarters
  • Goal-oriented self-starter who enjoys taking initiative and seeing results
  • Strong project management capabilities, including the ability to accurately specify project timeframes, dependencies, and risk factors
  • Ability to execute quickly and with high-quality while handling multiple tasks in a fast paced environment requiring project prioritization
  • Ability to adapt to changing environments and priorities
  • Proven record as a highly-motivated self-starter and a dynamic, intuitive, strategic thinker
  • When working from home, the home office environment allows work free from distractions and interruptions


  • Marketo Champion or equivalent
  • Certified Salesforce Administrator
  • Working knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, SQL, Dreamweaver, Photoshop
  • Agency + client side experience
  • Exposure to several different business models and industries
